Frankly, this whole thing sounds like it's violating basic privacy principles of democracy to me. Criminal justice can't be executed by anyone else than the state and mixing it with civil justice this way seems to be violating every legal principle. But then, what do I know? The US got the Patriot Act, so a violation of citizens' rights could happen here just the same
quick somebody inform john carpenter so he can gear up for his latest snake plisken film "Escape From Berlin" where in the not too distant future of 2007 he is caught raping and murdering 3million 10 year old girls, but the movie industry and german government find out some schoolkids are copying dvds and offer him a free pardon if he goes in and kills the lot of those copying smacktards haha fucking jeb ends
