Some silly old hag has got it into her head, probably spurred on get make a quick buck, that she has a case against rockstar over the crappy sex mod for GTA. Totally sad.
This is bad for the modding community, this is bad for censorship, this is bad for gaming and this is totally deplorable social behaviour. Silly old hag.

Yesterday Florence Cohen, 85, filed suit with the U.S. District Court in Manhattan against Rockstar Games and Take 2 Interactive. The suit alledges that she was decieved by Take-Two's deceptive marketing practices in to purchasing the M rated Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for her 14 year old grandson when it contained scenes depicting sexual acts.
Cohen is seeking unspecified damages on behalf of herself, and every other consumer who was fooled in to purchasing San Andreas. Her lawyer believes that, at the very least, a refund should be offered for every consumer who purchased the Adults Only version of the game.
In case you have no idea what this article is referring to, even though it's been all over mainstream media as of late, Rockstar is the subject of much controversy stemming from a PC mod titled 'Hot Coffee'. The mod unlocked a hidden sex minigame that was cut from the final version of the game, and also removed some clothes from the characters participating. Initially Rockstar denied any responsibility for the mod, but it was later discovered that the minigame was infact left in the game's final version, and could be unlocked on PS2 or Xbox via special cheat devices. Recently the game has been rerated to Adults Only by the ESRB, and earlier this week the U.S. House of Representatives voted 355-21 for a resolution asking the Federal Trade Commission Division of Advertising Practices to launch an investigation of Take-Two and Rockstar to see if they engaged in any unfair advertising.
