20.08.05 - Boll Review
Just spotted this, normally i don't care about reviews for the news system, but given how crappy this guys films are and how much everyone enjoys laughing at him I thought i'd post it.

Seems his new film might be a 1star epic, if its 1000 times better than House of the Dead that means it might be just good enough to sit through about half of it without wretching your eye balls out in response to the crumminess
Quote:
Director Uwe Boll reminds me of my best friend in Jr. High. He was a crappy guitar player, but he would go out and buy the biggest, best guitar thinking it would make him a better player, which was obviously not true. I guess the same can be said about Uwe Boll and his movies based on video games. Each film he makes has a larger and larger budget and I guess until a movie bombs as bad as Michael Bay's The Island did, he'll continue to get it. Last night I had the pleasure (or displeasure?) of seeing his third US film entitled BloodRayne, and while it's still god awful, it's still 1,000X better than House of the Dead. BloodRayne stars Ben Kingsley, Kristanna Loken, Michelle Rodriguez, Matt Davis, Udo Kier, Michael Par, Geraldine Chaplin and Michael Madsen.
