I've discovered that someone had submitted one of our ips as part of a block on another spammer. I've restarted our mailserver on another ip.
Let this be a lesson on the reliability of block lists: people are idiots, and paranoid. The ip ranges contain one legitimate block but contain many, many innocent ones.
I've passed this onto our host to solve.
However, all that said, WHY ARE YOU STILL USING HOTMAIL? They are a terrible, terrible, terrible provider. Gmail is lightyears beyond hotmail. Switch and ditch hotmail; they are a terrible provider.
Apologies for the block, another attack on dead-donkey after someone got us blocked on imageshack and appear to have dos'd us a few days back.
