Plot / Comments:
Toulon's puppets help collect brain tissue from human victims for Toulon to create his formula to animate the inanimate. The victims this time include a group of researchers from a US department, responsible for invstigating the paranormal.
Fairly solid sequel and stands up against the first one. If you didn't like the first one, I doubt you'll think much to this one, but it is a decent movie to watch in any horror movie night :) However, it seems to hit ever cheesy thing it can do in a low budget film and the acting is poor at best. However, the puppets are fully visible and killing early on, which was a good move since we've already been through the classic horror "tension" before their inevitable onscreen appearance in the first film, and doing it again would have made this film even worse.
