An insurance investigator begins discovering that the impact a horror writer's books have on his fans, is more than inspirational.
One of my all time favourite horror films. From the same branch of film as Wes Craven's New Nightmare, In the Mouth of Madness is a reflective horror film. Brilliantly acted on the part of Sam Neill (yes the jurassic park guy / satan from Omen), the story is concerned with mind, matter and realiity.
Right up there with The Thing, Halloween and The Fog in my estimation.
